Before we begin, I’ll send you a simple onboarding form to gather key information: any existing brand materials, background on your organisation, audience insights (if available), and your goals for the project. You don’t need to prepare anything elaborate — I’ll guide you through every step.
It’s totally up to you. You can nominate one main contact to streamline communication, or include multiple team members in the initial brand strategy session. I recommend involving decision-makers in the early phase so we capture the full picture and avoid delays later.
Yes — this doesn’t have to be a total overhaul. If you have elements that still work, we can evolve them within a refreshed visual system. We’ll assess what to keep, tweak, or let go based on your goals and audience.
Everything starts with strategy. I take time to understand your audience, values, goals, and competitive landscape. The design grows out of that foundation—not personal preference. You’ll see this process reflected in moodboards, stylescapes, and collaborative check-ins to ensure alignment.
You’ll get a full brand manual (PDF or Figma) that documents your logo usage, color system, typography, and brand tone—so your team or partners can apply it consistently. I also offer support with rollout planning or can continue working with you on implementation (e.g. website, pitch decks, campaigns).
